20/52 – Two and a half
A portrait of my son, once a week, every week, for the 3rd year of his life.
Anakin: We go for walks in the afternoon sun. We talk about what we see on our way around the neighbourhood. For every little shrub you look at me and say “Not rosemary?” You’re slowly getting the hang of which ones they are. Every time we find one you grab a handful to snack on and give me a smile full of green herbs.
2,5 is a funny place to be. I often forget that you’re still so little because you know so much for your age. Then throughout our days I am reminded that in so many ways you are still my little baby, barely 2,5 years old with so much to learn. 2,5 is just perfect. Let’s stay here for a while, ok?
